helpful staff friendly staff clean room missing paint small tv window stain
the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. my room was clean the bed was comfortable. i would certainly stay there again.
the room i booked was a bit much for the extra price. there was missing paint and a stain under the window. the tv was small with not many channels it wouldn't connect to stream.

clean room warm room cheap setup toddler note
staff let us leave our bags in the hotel until we finished shopping and went home, the room was very clean and warm.
i am disgusted with the experience i had. i paid for what can only be described as a cheap setup for my proposal. the 'congratulations' note they left on the bed looked like a toddler had whipped it up on microsoft word.

amazing stay, totally buzzing!

spacious reception great information king room
the reception had so much space and tons of guides about things to do nearby, it was super handy. i booked a superior king room and it was huge. it had everything. getting around was easy as public transport to the airport was close.
I had some trouble contacting the hotel after my stay. I noticed an incorrect charge and my deposit wasn't refunded as promised. i emailed multiple times but didn't get a response which was really frustrating and felt unprofessional

the hotel is close to the main street, yet it is on a quiet and cozy street. the area felt okay all time, and a 20-minute walk gets you right into the city center with ease. public transport is very accessible.

prime visitor easy walking
the location was great. it was just north of the red line and just outside the major commercial area. easy walking distance to a lot of prime visitor sites. the amenities were as expected and great to return to after being out.
the room we had smelled like there was a septic issue. it was pretty bad.

no air conditioner unhelpful employee
The staff were friendly and cute, and the breakfast was excellent.
I got a room with no air conditioner and there was also no lift (it was difficult to carry my luggage up and down the stairs with no help). The employee at the desk told my driver we had already checked out and had probably left! It had literally been one minute, and luckily i was still standing there and overheard the conversation.
